This policy explains how to cancel a Umi subscription and when you are entitled to a refund.
1. Cancellation
You can cancel any paid plan at any time from your billing settings in the app. Cancellation stops future charges immediately and keeps your account active until the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees apply, and no reason is required.
2. Refund window
Annual plans can be refunded in full if you request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable but remain active until the end of the paid period.
3. Monthly plans
Monthly plans are not refunded, except where required by law. You can cancel before the next renewal to avoid further charges.
4. Proration
We do not prorate refunds for partial months. If we terminate your account for a breach of the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy, no refund applies.
5. How to request a refund
Email the support address published in the site footer with your account email and the date of purchase. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, we may suspend the account while the dispute is resolved. We are happy to review any charge you believe is incorrect if you write to us first.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits statutory refund rights you may have under the consumer law of your country, including rights of customers in Vietnam under Decree 52/2013/NĐ-CP as amended.
