This policy explains how payments for Umi subscriptions work.
1. Accepted payment methods
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and other cards supported by our providers). Card payments are processed by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.
For customers in Vietnam, payment via domestic bank transfer and local payment methods is available through our Vietnamese payment provider.
2. Currency
Prices are published in USD for international customers and in VND for customers in Vietnam. VND prices are a fixed price list, not a live exchange rate, so the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
3. Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually. Renewals are charged automatically to your stored payment method unless you cancel before the renewal date. Annual plans renew for 12-month periods.
4. Invoices
A receipt is emailed after every payment. VAT invoices are available to Vietnamese business customers on request; our VND prices are displayed exclusive of VAT.
5. Taxes
Depending on your location, applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) may be added at checkout and are shown before you pay.
6. Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we retry and notify you by email. Access may be suspended after repeated failures, with a final notice before suspension.
7. Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact the support address in the footer before disputing it with your bank. See the Complaints Policy for our response commitments.
