These draft Terms describe use of the Umi website and early-access request forms. Umi products and paid services are not currently available for general purchase.
1. Contracting entity
The legal entity that would contract with customers has not been confirmed. This website does not accept payment or form a paid-service contract. The contracting entity and its verified registration details will be published before paid services are offered.
2. The Service
Umi Data and Umi Cowork are products in development. Early-access availability, product capabilities and deployment options must be confirmed with Umi before use.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into binding contracts. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account, including the actions of AI agents you configure, and for keeping your credentials secure.
4. Subscriptions and payment
This site does not accept payment. Any future pricing, billing periods, taxes and payment terms will be stated before a paid service is offered.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits illegal and harmful uses including misuse of AI systems.
6. Your data
Do not submit product data or confidential information through an early-access form. The privacy notice describes how contact-form information is handled. Product-data terms will be published before product access becomes available.
7. Intellectual property
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service during your subscription. The Service, its software and documentation remain our property. Your feedback may be used to improve the Service.
8. Warranty disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms after reasonable notice where practicable.
10. Governing law and disputes
The governing law and dispute forum have not been confirmed and will be stated by counsel before paid services or customer contracts are offered.
In case of discrepancy between language versions of these Terms, the English version prevails for customers contracting with the Singapore entity, and the Vietnamese version prevails for customers contracting with the Vietnamese entity.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes are announced by email and on this page at least 14 days before they take effect.
